El Centro Caixa Forum de Madrid también acoge hasta el próximo 31 de agosto la exposición Alphonse Mucha, Seducción, Modernidad y Utopía.

 

Alphonse Mucha fue el artista creador del Art Nouveau y uno de los padres del diseño gráfico moderno.

 

Un arte creado en un ambiente cosmopolita, urbano y lleno de glamour, que se extendió por toda Europa y por las principales ciudades norteamericanas.

 

La exposición del nuevo centro cultural de La Caixa recoge diversos trabajos de Mucha, desde sus trabajos para la Exposición Universal de París de 1900, a los carteles de teatro que diseñó, o a los diseños basados en el lujo y el diseño que creó para diversos productos, como el Moët Chandon.

 

Un arte nuevo basado en imágenes de mujeres en plena comunión con la naturaleza, sensuales, elegantes, y que marcó sin duda un antes y un después en el mundo de la publicidad y del diseño gráfico.
